Enterprise Risk Management

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is an approach that enables companies to holistically manage risks at the corporate level in achieving expected business results. This book generally depends on the lectures I presented during the Corporate Risk Management Course at Istanbul Kultur University in 2023. Structurally, the book commences by defining the concept of risk and subsequently explains some risk types. These initial chapters aim to create an understanding on the elements of risk among readers. The concluding section, where the risk management is explained, traditional risk management and enterprise risk management are compared. Furthermore, the book outlines one of the most known ERM models, COSO.
