Bu ge\u00e7i\u015f merasimini canl\u0131 bir tasvirle anlatan Evliya \u00c7elebi k\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fclerin ge\u00e7i\u015fini \u015f\u00f6yle anlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r; \u201cBunlar taht\u0131ravanlar \u00fczre d\u00fckkanlar\u0131n nice y\u00fczbin guru\u015fluk samur, va\u015fak, zerdeva, sansar, sincap, samur pa\u00e7as\u0131, samur kafas\u0131, kakum, \u00f6rdek bo\u011faz\u0131, ku\u011fu bo\u011faz\u0131, saka ku\u015fu bo\u011faz\u0131, tilki bo\u011faz\u0131 ve daha sair k\u00fcrkler ile tezyin iderler.<\/p>\n<p>Evliya \u00c7elebi k\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcleri be\u015f y\u00fcz d\u00fckkan ve bin ki\u015fiden olu\u015ftu\u011funu samur ba\u015fl\u0131k imal eden seksen d\u00fckkan ve y\u00fcz be\u015f ki\u015fiden meydana geldi\u011fini ifade etmekte, ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde Ahmet Rasim ise 1000 (1591\/92) tarihinde \u0130stanbul\u2019da be\u015f y\u00fcz k\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc d\u00fckkan\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015ftir.
