By some mysterious coincidence, his wish comes true and Dorian remains young and handsome for years. He lives his life without limits, searching for new sensations and pleasures. However, the destruction of his own soul matters absolutely nothing to him. In course of time, Dorian’s soul becomes indifferent and evil: he drives the actress who loves him to suicide, he kills the artist who had painted his portrait, and he spoiled many friends by his wish for new sensations.
