This book can be used as a resource book for other engineering disciplines, especially surveying engineering, architecture and civil engineering, who want to learn how to make maps and produce 3D models with GML.
Wearable Mobile LIDAR (GML) is a new technology that can be used in map making and 3D model studies in every field that only a human can enter. GML applications are explained step by step in the book. With the GML application data in the book, 3D model making with Gexcel Heron software can be learned by following the book.
The most important thing in life that cannot be brought back is time. GML technology reduces the time spent in the field in our profession. The system collects point cloud data quickly. It is thought that it will be widely used in our profession in the coming years.
We wish the book to be useful to our profession, users and students
